During current times with various restrictions on travel we have identified a need from some clients, who still want to buy, to help them see a property without coming to over to Spain by way of a Live video tour or a pre-recorded Virtual Tour.
After speaking with one of our property experts to decide what property you are interested in, we will set an appointment to go to each property of interest and do a "live" walk-round video call showing you the property and allowing you to guide us through the house to see things by request. This method is live so gives you full control of what you want to see and is the best way to buy remotely.
Most of our properties are now listed with a pre-recorded video of the property and if not we can arrange one to be done and forwarded to you email. You do not get to see as much as a "Live Tour" but many client shave used this method successfully to narrow down their search before arranging the "Live Tour" option on the best two properties so they can make a decision which one to buy.
